I have been absolutely in awe and fascinated by how my mother in law aka Mamalim has always made such delicious food every time - I mean like all the time.
Not only is it delicious, but she makes it very fast. Any time we drop by she can always whip up our food there and then - we don't need to give her notice and we get restaurant quality every time.
Meanwhile, on the other side, I have my sister :-/ Working full time and a mother of 3, have struggled with cooking all her life and has gotten sick of Uber Eats and takeouts. Cooking was a dreaded chore for her, not only does she not have time to cook, but she doesn't know how to. I said, why don't you get my mother-in-law to teach you some secret sauce, in particular, the stir fry sauce that you can her kid’s main favourite dish: fried rice, fried noodles, Marinate red meat and stir fry in general. Long story short, my sister is now the Mamalim lol - her cooking went from yeah nah, to wow pretty impressive!

We call this secret sauce 1 because it really is the number 1 sauce that is used the most.
